Note that promotions are for new reservations only and may not be combined.  Only applicable on the 8 bedroom rates.  All promotions are for non-holiday periods only and will include only one mid-stay cleaning visit of 8 hours.  Additional cleaning required will be at guests' expenses.  Guest paid cleaning would be $250 per each 6 hours visit.  Mandatory guest paid cleaning may be imposed pending on the number of guests (esp. young children).  Same outcleaning fee applies.

• Daily maid service – 4 hours (or every other day – 8 hours),
  
  The Cleaning Service will include:
  
  
• Make up of all bedrooms
• Change of bed sheets(only during the mid week clean)
• Light wipe down of all bathrooms/ re-stock toiletries as needed
• Collect and launder used beach and bath towels (no personal laundry)
• Light clean up of kitchen counters, counter top appliances, stove, sinks, load and start dishwasher
• General pick up and light cleaning of common areas; collect and take out trash
• No personal services such as personal laundry, cooking or babysitting to be included with the daily housekeeping services
• Additional/excess cleaning as deemed necessary will be at guest's expense

• Guest must turn off the pool heater, spa jets, spa heater and all Tiki torches every night after use, otherwise excessive utility charges arising from such use may be imposed
• 4 bedroom rental is only available during low season and is also not available during holiday periods
