The Hali'i Kai Association collects a onetime check-in fee of $40.00 + tax for each reservation (regardless of stay duration or number in party). The check-in fee allows guests access to the property and Ocean Club facilities and includes the following:
- Electronic entry gate key card
- Two (2) welcome drink coupons
- Two (2) twenty percent (20%) off restaurant coupons
Along with the complete refurbishing of the The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, a fee for guest identification cards and a daily fee to access the hotel facilities will be charged. This policy applies to anyone age 14 or older and will be limited to six (6) people, per reservation.
- Nightly rates include guest cards and access fees for four (4) people.
- If there are five (5) people, an additional $10 per night will apply
- If there are six (6) people, an additional $15 per night will apply.
